If you need to recruit a new staff member you want to do it as quickly and effectively as possible – while still running your business. Our business is to make the recruitment process as streamlined as possible so as to have minimal impact on you running the business.
We will consult with you about the job vacancy you have and the type of person you are looking for. We will develop a job advert and skills and attributes profile which, with your approval, will be used to advertise on the largest job boards available. We will manage the replies to the advert, scrutinise CVs and conduct telephone interviews with potential candidates.
We will present to you three or four candidates who fit the profile required and who have been pre-screened to ensure that they are suitable, while leaving you to get on with running your business. All you will need to do is conduct face to face interviews and select the right candidate for the job. What is more, in the unlikely event of the candidate you choose being unsuitable or leaving your employment within the first six weeks we will do it all again and for free!
